1. Non-Government Status

Stellar eVisa operates as a private commercial service provider only. We are:

• ❌ NOT a government agency or official body
• ❌ NOT endorsed, approved, or authorized by the Government of Vietnam
• ❌ NOT affiliated with the Vietnamese Immigration Department (Cục Quản Lý Xuất Nhập Cảnh)
• ❌ NOT affiliated with any diplomatic mission or consulate
• ❌ NOT part of the official e-visa portal (evisa.gov.vn)

2. Direct Government Application

You have the right to apply directly with the Government of Vietnam for free at:

Official Government Portal: https://evisa.gov.vn

Applying directly involves no service fees and is the official method. Our service is optional for those who prefer professional assistance with form preparation.

3. Service Nature

We provide visa application assistance only, which includes:

• ✓ Reviewing your application information for accuracy
• ✓ Guiding you through the form completion process
• ✓ Submitting your application to the official government portal on your behalf
• ✓ Providing customer support via email and WhatsApp

We do NOT:

• ❌ Make approval or rejection decisions (only the Vietnamese government does)
• ❌ Guarantee visa approval
• ❌ Have any influence over immigration decisions
• ❌ Expedite processing beyond official government timelines
• ❌ Process applications through any special channel

4. No Approval Guarantee

Your visa application is reviewed and approved solely by the Vietnamese Immigration Department. Stellar eVisa has no control over, responsibility for, or ability to influence the visa approval process. Payment of our service fee does NOT guarantee visa approval.

The following factors determine visa approval:

• Accuracy and completeness of your information
• Your passport validity (minimum 6 months recommended)
• Your travel history and immigration record
• Vietnam's immigration policies and entry restrictions
• Any security or compliance checks by Vietnamese authorities

5. Visa Rejection & Non-Refundability

In the event of visa rejection by Vietnamese Immigration:

• Stellar eVisa's service fee is non-refundable as per our Terms & Conditions
• The government fee for a Single Entry Visa is USD 25 (Non-Refundable).
• The government fee for a Multiple Entry Visa is USD 50 (Non-Refundable).
• We will review rejection reasons and advise on next steps at no additional cost
• We are NOT liable for any losses or damages resulting from rejection

6. Processing Time Disclaimer

Estimated processing times (3–5 business days for Standard; 1–2 for Express) are estimates only and may vary based on:

• Vietnamese Immigration Department's workload
• Your application submission date and time
• Weekend and public holidays
• Any additional verification requests from the government
• System maintenance or technical issues

We do not guarantee processing within estimated timeframes. Always apply well in advance of your intended travel date.

7. Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, true, and complete information
• Ensuring all details match your official passport
• Checking your application before submission
• Maintaining valid travel documents

Stellar eVisa is not liable for rejections or complications caused by inaccurate or fraudulent information you provide.

8. Government Fee Payment

The government fee for a Single Entry Visa is USD 25 (Non-Refundable) and The government fee for a Multiple Entry Visa is USD 50 (Non-Refundable).

• Paid separately and directly to the government at evisa.gov.vn
• NOT included in our service fee
• Non-refundable regardless of visa outcome
• A separate transaction from Stellar eVisa payment

9. Limitation of Liability

Stellar eVisa's total liability is limited to the service fee you paid. We are NOT liable for:

• Visa rejections or delays
• Travel disruptions or cancellations
• Financial losses due to visa denial
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Government policy changes affecting visa eligibility
• Technical errors on the official government portal

10. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
